Therefore, we know what to realistically expect from you and what is actually required to get a result.
We’ll never ask you to do anything that we haven’t done ourselves and anything we know won’t work.

Our coaches are continuously learning and educating themselves from the leaders in the field to ensure they are always delivering the most up-to-date knowledge to their clients.
You can also be confident knowing that is a requirement that all our coaches are trained specifically in pre & post natal coaching before delivering any services to any pregnancy or post-natal women.
Becoming a mother showed me that “You can’t give children what you don’t have yourself”. So, I figured – if I want my children to be healthy, active and happy – I have to be an example for them and be those things myself, first, and then I want to help other women do the same. This is where the vision of “Strong Mamas” first began. This business is my heart & soul and was created by a mum for fellow mums and future mums to experience and enjoy. I want all women to feel the joy I feel knowing I am always the best, healthiest, happiest version of myself.
