We provide itself on offering a safe space free of judgement and unrealistic expectations and a platform for mums to feel human again.

What makes us different is that we are able to confidently work with women is all stages of their lives (including pregnancy and after childbirth) and we’re truly dedicated to getting you results, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

Whether you’re looking to optimise your health & fitness BEFORE pregnancy, wanting to eat well and train safely DURING pregnancy, or you are a mum (new or old) who wants to feel healthy, happy and strong again, we can help with it all.

About Us

Strong Mamas was originally founded in 2018 by Mum of 2, Rachel Giampietro aka The Strong Mama” after the birth of her son, Lucas.

She started off with Personal Training clients from her home gym in Western Sydney, whilst launching the online coaching platform and preparing the Dural gym site – officially opening the Strong Mamas Dural gym in Feb 2019 when her second child Bella, was just 4 months old!

After a huge success from Dural site opening, Rachel’s husband, Nick, decided to leave his office job and pursue his dreams to work in the health & fitness industry and officially came on board as a Strong Mamas coach in June 2019.

Today, they both co-manage and direct the Dural gym together as Group Trainers & Personal Trainers as well as delivering all the Online & Nutrition Coaching services.

They are the proud parents to Lucas, 4, and Bella, 1, who inspire them to work with women help them become the best versions of themselves.

It is important to us that our clients know the information and advice being delivered is up-to-date and backed by evidence-based research where possible.

Our coaches are are serious about delivering quality service and results and are therefore continuously learning and educating themselves from the leaders in the field. We like to ensure we are always delivering the most up-to-date, evidence based information to our clients, both in training & nutrition as well as pregnant and recently post-natal clients.

You can also be confident knowing that is a requirement that all our coaches are trained specifically in pre & post natal coaching before delivering any services to any pregnancy or post-natal women to ensure we always given a premium service.

The Vision

Becoming a mother showed me that “You can’t give children what you don’t have yourself”. So, I figured – if I want my children to be healthy, active and happy – I have to be an example for them and be those things myself, first, and then I want to help other women do the same. This is where the vision of “Strong Mamas” first began. I want all women to feel the joy I feel knowing I am always the best, healthiest, happiest version of myself.
