Our Personal Training service is perfect for women with a specific goal, such as fat loss or improving strength, or for women who aren’t confident training in a team environment just yet.

Our Personal Training is suitable for all women whether trying-to-conceive, pregnant or post-natal. No matter your age, size or fitness level we are confident our coaches can work with you to reach your goals.

Initial
Consult

Your initial consultation is FREE and includes a full body composition test, postural and mobility assessment as well as an in depth discussion of your lifestyle, health status, short and long term goals. It is also a great opportunity to discuss what you can expect from our Personal Training service and what is required from you for maximum results.

Together, you and your coach will create a unique training and nutritional plan that is realistic for you and brings you closer to truly conquering your goals.

Training &
Nutrition

Our Personal Training service is a 12 week package that includes face-to-face training and nutrition plans that update every 3-4 weeks depending on your goals.

As your body changes, our coaches will assess your feedback and body composition and make updates as required to ensure you always one step closer to your goals.

Our coaches will use their advanced programming skills to address any areas of weakness in your training programs and enable you to improve strength in the gym in the safest and most enjoyable way possible.

We also pride ourselves on teaching our clients to lose fat using a flexible dieting approach in a way that is enjoyable for YOU and gets you results. We will teach you how to track your food intake in MyFitnessPal confidently with our very own 54pg “How to use MyFitnesspal” guide that provides you with all you need to know about tracking food intake and making this process a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix.

If you are pregnant, we will also provide a copy of our “Healthy Pregnancy Eating Guidelines” which will provide you with all the information you need to have the healthiest pregnancy possible and avoid unnecessary pregnancy weight gain.

Kids
Welcome

All children are welcome to join your Personal Training sessions with us.

We have a designated enclosed kids area that is situated in the middle of the gym floor with a tv and plenty of toys. We also allow children to roam the gym floor alongside you (as long as they stay safe) or we can provide pop up play pens, walkers and jumpers too.

As long as everyone is safe and happy, we are flexible and will find a way to make it work so you can get a good session in and your baby(ies) are happy too!

Budget
Friendly

You have the option of training with our coaches 1-4 times per week depending on your goals, budget and availability (with the minimum commitment period of 12 weeks). Prices depend on training frequency and whether you pay weekly on direct debit or up front.

When you train with us we promise you will make the most of your valuable time and money and get the best results possible.

We are passionate about setting realistic expectations and lifestyle changes, making women feel strong, mentally and physically, and teaching women to love and respect their bodies no matter what stage of their life journey they are in.
